How long takes the process of creating a mask?
Usually, it takes less than 10 minutes. Once the ingredients have been poured into the machine, it takes 3-4 minutes to warm,mix and pour the solution into the tray.
You can put for about 2 minutes in the refrigerator or let it cool outside for about 5 minutes.

How and when should I wash it?

Why my mask doesn't harden?
Don't forget to add the Collagen Tablets. It have the effect of a coagulating mask.
After pouring the liquid into the mask tray, we recommend putting your mask in the refrigerator for about 2 minutes in the refrigerator or let it cool outside for about 5 minutes to let it harden.
Can we use any liquid for the mask?
Yes, you can put the juice of fruit and vegetable, rose water, tea, milk, soy milk, honey, yogurt, beer and wine, essential oils, herbs, flowers and eggs.
Can I add fruit or veggie pieces or just juice?
Please Do NOT add the the fruit / veggie into the device.
Use only the juice without bits or puree of the fruit / veggie.
Can the mask be stored in the refrigerator?
Yes, it can be refrigerated for several days.
How long i can wear the mask?
The mask can be worn as long as desired.
Can I make another mask directly afterwards?
Yes, if you want to make more masks straight away, we recommend using the option -Clean- by clicking the power button” after each mask.
Can we wash the inside of the machine with soap?
We recommend washing the machine only with water.
