    I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

    My order tracking shows no updates.

    If your order has just shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update in the system.

    If your order shows the 1st tracking scan, but has since not been updated, then don't panic - the gap between the 1st and 2nd scans is 90% of the transit time. This does not mean your order is delayed.

     

    The delivery time has already passed, and I still haven't received my order.
